High Command Staff
Sheriff Ford
Sheriff Ford S. Adams leads the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office with over 20 years of law enforcement experience. Known for operational excellence and community engagement, he remains deeply committed to public safety. A lifelong Floridian, he is also a car enthusiast who enjoys sport shooting and photography.
Undersheriff Abrams
**Undersheriff Rowan J. Abrams** assists in leading the Osceola County Sheriff's Office by managing daily operations, supporting command staff, and ensuring deputies are equipped to provide exceptional service to the community. Known for his strong leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Abrams is dedicated to maintaining the highest professional standards throughout the agency. A lifelong automotive enthusiast, he also enjoys graphic design, photography, and spending time improving community engagement initiatives.
Assistant Sheriff Knight
Assistant Sheriff J. Knight assists the Sheriff of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office with administration tasks along with personal staffing. Assistant Sheriff J. Knight has over 15 years of law enforcement experience. Mostly known for strong leadership skills within the command team. Knight is a lifelong Floridian, enjoys sport hunting and mountain biking.
Chief Deputy Morningstar
Chief Deputy Caden Morningstar serves as fourth-in-command for the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, bringing a wealth of leadership and professional experience to the agency's command staff. In his current role, Chief Deputy Morningstar focuses on refining departmental standards, mentoring personnel, and ensuring the agency remains highly trained and community-oriented. Outside of his uniform, he recharges by hitting the trails for a good hike, diving into PC gaming, and spending quality time with his dogs.

Commander Moose
Commander Moose is one of the commanding personnel of the Osceola Sheriff’s Office. He assists 01-04 with administrative duties and helps oversee daily operations within the department. Outside of work, Moose is a family-oriented person who enjoys spending time outdoors, gaming, and making memories with friends and family. He believes in teamwork, respect, and creating a positive environment both on and off duty.
